Personal Ownership Means Personal Accountability

What transparency looks like here

The Sanctuary is a private platform owned and operated by a private individual. I believe that personal ownership requires personal accountability. I do not provide generic corporate promises - I provide direct access to the exact procedures I follow to ensure your safety.

What you read on this page is not marketing. It is how things actually work.

The Auditor's Handbook

The same document I give to regulators, available to you

I have documented every internal process I use in a 21-page Auditor's Handbook. This is the identical manual I share with regulatory commissions and law enforcement. It outlines how I personally handle data, message retention, and safety interdiction.

If you have signed up for this platform, you have the right to see the handbook. It explains my manual workflows for 3CX video calls, Stripe Identity verifications, and age estimation checks - methods I chose specifically to avoid the security risks of fully automated systems.

To access the handbook, send an email from your registered account address to:

I will personally verify your account and reply with a direct link within 24 hours.

What the handbook actually covers

Transparency is my primary method of ensuring that you - and any investigating authorities - know exactly how this platform operates under my management.

  • Manual Review: I perform every database update manually. The handbook explains how I verify identities via 3CX, Stripe, and age estimation to ensure no automated system can ever bypass my security protocols.
  • Evidence Handling: The handbook discloses how I generate forensic PDF snapshots of messages, ensuring a permanent, non-volatile record of any predatory behaviour is available to law enforcement when required.
  • Identical Standards: I do not maintain separate sets of rules. The handbook I give to a user is the same handbook I give to the eSafety Commission. No exceptions.
